CANCELLATION POLICY
Check in: from 2.30pm -9.00pm
Early or Late Arrivals if requested must be approved by B&B on Bettington
Check out: Strictly 10.00am
Off Peak Period: Room/s reserved for Accommodation: Monday through to Thursday.
Cancellation of any reserved room/s by persons must notify B&B on Bettington not less than 72hours prior to arrival date. Less than 72 hours notice full payment is required to be paid to B&B on Bettington. Full refunds will be credited if room/s are resold.
Off Peak Period : Friday through to Sunday.
B&B on Bettington has a no cancellation policy for weekends all room/s reserved must be paid to B&B on Bettington on day of reserving room/s. If appropriate notice of at least 72hours is received prior to arrival date refunds will be credited if room/s are resold less $50.00accounting fees.
Cancellation of room/s reserved on day of arrival will be charged and full payment of room/s reserved must be paid to B&B on Bettington. No refunds will be given by B&B on Bettington.
Peak Period: Room/s reserved more than 14days or more prior to Arrival Date.
Cancellation of any reserved room/s by persons must notify B&B on Bettington at least 7days of confirmed arrival date. (No penalty) Cancellation of 7days or less full payment of reserved room/s will be charged by B&B on Bettington. Refund or Credit will only be given if room/s reserved are resold.
Peak Period: Room/s Reserved 72hours or Less,
B&B on Bettington has a no cancellation policy if room/s are reserved between 72hours or less during peak period/s all reserved room/s rooms must be paid to B&B on Bettington on booking.
PLEASE NOTE: PEAK PERIOD REFERS TO WEEKENDS FRIDAY & SATURDAYOR ANY NSW SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, LONG WEEKENDS, EASTER, & ANY MERRIWA SPECIAL EVENTS

Once you have arrived at B&B on Bettington for check in, all room/s reserved cannot be changed or altered in any way.
Person/s must pay for all reserved days and for all persons that were to occupy the reserved room/s.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL RESERVED ROOMS WE DO NOT REFUND, CREDIT GIVEN FOR ANY LOST DAYS.
